     Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 4,139 sales through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) during the first two weeks of June 2010.  This represented a 20 per cent decrease compared to the 5,185 sales recorded during the same period in 2009. New listings increased by 21 per cent annually to 7,985.

     Earlier this year I wrote a Blog post about the coming of DNA 3 to King Street West (read it here).  Well, it looks as though that day is just around the corner.  Tomorrow evening I’ll be attending an exclusive agent info session where I’ll be given a sneak peak tour of the 7,000 sq ft sales centre.  More importantly, I’ll get my hands on floor plans, starting prices, and worksheets for clients.
